Salads: wheat taboule’, with confit cherry tomato, hoummus, and raw veg sticks, barley in paprika sauce and marinate feta, nicoise with french beans and baby potato. Caramelized onions.

Bbq and mains: if u have a decent owen I can make a veal shank tuscan peposo, and some stand beer texas chicken.

Bbq: saffron, lemon herbs chicken arrosticini, marinated lamb home made arrosticini, and pork satay arrosticini. Then some pancetta, sausages, and beef asado with santa maria veg sauce.

Bbq sauce marinated chicken supreme with real spanish paprika.
